Grosel Industrial Sales is proud to announce the success of our tension control line FMS.  FMS manufactures load cells, amplifiers, analog and digital closed loop tension controls and web guides.  Soon they will have the only tension control that is self tuning.  It is currently being beta tested, but because they are quality driven the control is still not ready for sale.

The load cells they manufacture have a 10 and 20 times overload rating.  They are noted for "NO CALIBRATION".  In one application, a customer was calibrating his load cells weekly and since they have installed the FMS load cells and control, they have only calibrated once (the initial calibration).  This installation took place over 8 months ago and the customer is upgrading more equipment with FMS.

Another main advantage of the FMS is the PLC "like" control.  It has several inputs and outputs available and can run up to two tension zones or can control two tension devices (brake, drive or clutch) simultaneously.  This has saved customers several hundred to a thousands dollars based on hardware, engineering and installation because everything is already pre-packed.
